Hey guys,Cathy and I have had a great time in the Northwest territory. She had asked me to send this to you guys for a number of reasons. One is to show you that Ashley set up a blogspot for me for father's day. I am just now experimenting as to how I will use it. We have had an extraordinary time with Ash and Thomas. We spent a couple of days in Seattle in the beginning of our visit. The first day we went to The Fremont Solstice Festival which is a major parade and festival event. The parade was led by over 180 body painted naked bicyclists. They had no shame. We hung out at an artist friend of their's studio on the main parade drag. The parade was held a few days before the summer solstice. It was good views, good food, good music and good people. We then travelled to the coast and spent three days staying in a two bedroom lodge in LaPush, Washington. This place was truly amazing. We collected some incredible rocks and driftwood. This is where the rocks from the wedding came from. Cathy and I were drawn into a number of wonderful tactile experiences and impromtu moments with Thomas and Ash. We were both very touched, especially Cat. One day we will be able to show you the pictures and our souvenir gatherings we collected but on with the story. We came back to Seattle and stayed for the weekend with was really nice. More good food and good friends. I really could see a big difference in Cathy's frame of reference on the world at this point. Cat and I decided that Ash and Thomas needed a break from the southerners for a few days so we planned a trip to Vancouver, British Columbia. This is where things started to get really interesting. We left for Vancouver on Monday in Ash's car. We crossed the border without any difficulty and on the other side we met this incredible group of people. Well actually they were more like a tribe of multi cultured, spiritually amazing, loving people. Cathy and I both were very taken by the apparent head of this group. He was so impressive and his words continued to move us, especially Cathy. Now when I say head of the group, I really mean HEAD. They call him BH for Big Head because he actually is one giant head. He (BH) is so amazing to watch as he gracefully moves around in circles and speaks to us and often chants. They call themselves the Royal Order of Altruitic Revisionists. I don't really think that it means anything I think they just like saying ROAR. We will sit in a circle for hours and just chant roarrrrrrrr.... while BH moves in and out amongst us. It really is moving. Well to tell you we were impressed is an understatement. Cathy has been so moved that she has agreed to take care of BH's fifth child by his fourth wife. Well that is not completely true. She has agreed to become his fourth wife and have his fifth child. I know that sounds sudden but as I said we have been very moved thanks to all of the spiritual ministering we received from Ashley and Thomas in Seattle and Lapush. I was beginning to get a little concerned about sharing Cat with someone else when BH noticed me making some eggs in the morning while holding one of the many children in the ROAR tribe. He immediately asked me to become Head chef, chief bottle washer and baby feeder. I was so taken aback. BH explained that it took six years for the last person to achieve this status. I was both moved and honored. Needless to say, we have decided to stay with ROAR and travel the world with them. They shun all forms of motorized transportation so I found a homeless man in Vancouver to take Ashley's car back to her. He has promised to do that as soon as he learns to drive. Radar (the homeless man) is so smart. He and his friends converted the car to a new fuel system almost immediately. I assume this because he and a group of his friends were urinating into the gas tank all night. I am sure this is going to revolutionize the entire automotive industry. Anyway we are all now travelling into northern British Columbia in the back of an 18 wheeler. Apparently its ok to ride in one but not own one. Cathy and I have sold everything we own and wired the funds to the Central ROAR account. Doesn't that move you to know that we have found our true calling. BH has been kind enough to let me stay with Cat every third evening. It's really works well since there are over thirty kids in the group that I have to feed. How you might ask is so amazing. BH embraced me with his large ears one evening and roarrrrrrrrrrr....ed into my chest and I have been breast feeding ever since. Isn't that so cool. Who would have thought that we would have been able to experience and grow so much from a trip out west. You must try roarrrrrrrring; it has such a positive resonance within our very souls. Cathy is already beginning to shows signs of carrying BH's child. I think she is supposed to lay the first egg sometime around the beginning of August. If I understand correctly she will lay six over a month period and then BH will roll onto them and stay for three days. When he rolls off we will be graced with a new member. I cannot wait to begin feeding another little one. Anyway, we are very close to our first stop of the day. We are actually performing a concert on the streets of some small Indian town in Northern BC. There are members of the group that can play flutes using every orifice in there bodies. Along with roaring it is a mystical moment. I hope all is well with you guys. We will probably be selling the house soon so if you want plants feel free to help yourself. BH says we have enough funds to last another six months or so. He said something about a recent new benefactor. I would love to meet him. Take care and feel free to respond to us in the blog. I hope all is well with you both.
With a great and continuous ROARRRRRR,
Yours in eternal bigheaded rolling,
Hotu Mogadishu (my new name, isn't it cool).
P.S. The picture at the top of this blog is what BH's original form was. We surprising found this on a beach at LaPush. Had I only knew at that time what it really fore shadowed.
